Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as web hosting, email, payment processing and the writers who work on your order, and where the law requires us to. Because we serve clients worldwide, some of these providers may be located outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your information is protected to an appropriate standard.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@bdwebserviceltd.com. We will respond within one month.

By placing an order or using the website, you agree to them.

2. Our service

We provide SEO article writing. Each article is researched, written and optimised on the page according to your brief. Link building, off-page SEO, technical SEO, publishing to your website and site maintenance are not part of the service.

3. Prices and payment

• Our price is US$2 per 100 words, or part thereof. Prices are in US dollars.
• After you submit a request, we reply with the confirmed scope, delivery time, total price and payment instructions. A request is not an order until we have confirmed it and received payment.
• We begin work once payment is received.
• You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency conversion fees charged by your own provider.

4. Delivery

We will give an expected delivery date when we confirm your order. Dates are estimates and may vary for long or complex articles. We will tell you promptly if there is a delay.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete instructions, including your topic, keyword and any specific requirements. If you provide source material, you confirm you have the right to share it with us. You are responsible for checking that the finished content is suitable for your business and complies with the laws that apply to you, particularly for regulated topics such as health, finance and legal advice.

6. Revisions

If an article does not match your brief, you may request revisions at no extra charge. Please send your revision notes within a reasonable time after delivery. Requests for an entirely different topic or a substantially changed brief may be treated as a new order.

7. Originality and ownership

We write each article from scratch and check it for originality before delivery. Once we receive full payment, you own the rights in the delivered article and may use, edit and publish it as you wish. Until payment is received in full, the rights remain with us. We may not reuse your article for other clients.

8. No guarantee of search results

We write to current search engine guidelines, but we cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Search results depend on many factors beyond the content we supply.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, traffic or search rankings. Our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.

11. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, branding and design on the site belong to us unless stated otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

Our writing is created specifically for you, so our refund policy reflects the time and effort that goes into each order. Here is how it works.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel before a writer has started on your article, we will refund your payment in full. Email us as soon as possible at info@bdwebserviceltd.com.

2. After work has started

Once a writer has started working on your order, we cannot normally issue a refund, because the work has already been carried out for you. If you are not happy with the article, we will revise it, free of charge, until it matches your brief.

3. If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to complete your order, for example because we cannot cover the topic you requested, we will refund the amount for any part that has not been delivered.

4. Partial orders

Where an order covers several articles and you cancel part-way through, we will refund the amount paid for the articles that have not yet been started.

5. What refunds cover

Where a refund is agreed, we refund only the amount you paid us for the writing service. We do not refund other costs you may have incurred, such as hosting, domain registration, website maintenance, publishing costs, or any loss in search rankings or traffic.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method where possible, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
